Data and Connection Deletion

Last updated September 29, 2026

Disconnect a platform

Open Setup & Profile, find the authorized connection, and choose Disconnect. This removes the stored authorization tokens and stops future synchronization. It does not delete content or the account on the external platform. A user may also revoke the application from the connected platform’s own account settings.

Request deletion of beta data

Use the contact method in the beta invitation and provide the beta account email and business name. Specify whether the request covers a connected platform, one business, or the complete beta account. Do not send passwords or OAuth secrets.

Verification and completion

The beta administrator will verify the requester’s authority, confirm the scope, and provide an expected completion timeline. Necessary security records and recovery copies may persist for a limited period before routine expiration.

What deletion does not do

Deleting beta data does not remove information already public on a business website or social platform and does not delete the user’s third-party accounts. Those requests must be made to the applicable provider.
