REACHSTEAD PRIVATE BETA
Private Beta Terms
Last updated September 29, 2026
These are working beta terms and should receive legal review before a public or paid release.
Invitation-only evaluation
The service is an unfinished, invitation-only beta provided for testing and feedback. Access may be changed, suspended, or ended during the beta. Beta access does not include a promise of continued free or paid service.
Authorized use
Testers may use the service only for businesses they own or are authorized to manage. Testers are responsible for the accuracy of supplied information and for having permission to connect third-party accounts and scan public websites.
Guidance, not guarantees
Website, reputation, competitor, and visibility findings are informational. Search rankings, customer activity, revenue, platform availability, and business results are not guaranteed. Users should review suggested changes before applying them.
Connected services
Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and may restrict data, revoke access, change APIs, or require separate review. The current connectors are read-only unless the product clearly states otherwise.
Account security
Testers must protect their password, use only their assigned account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Platform passwords and authorization secrets should never be sent through the in-product problem report.
Feedback
Testers may submit product feedback and problem reports. The operator may use that feedback to diagnose, improve, and develop the service without identifying the tester publicly.
Beta availability
The beta may contain errors or experience interruptions. Features and stored test data may change as the product develops, subject to reasonable backup and recovery practices described to the tester.
